Jeffrey Payne - IML 2009
Jeffrey Payne, originally from Maine, grew up in an orphanage in Louisiana, after the death of his mother Sharon St. Cyr. Prompted by the honor of being named International Mr. Leather 2009, Jeffrey Payne founded the Sharon St. Cyr Fund (SSC Fund) to help raise funds and awareness for charities such as the Leather Archives & Museum, National Coalition for Sexual Freedom and "Hearing from the Heart", a charity Jeffrey and his husband sponsor to assist those persons within our community who are hearing impaired. As International Mr. Leather, Jeffrey has toured the world attending fundraisers, events, classes and contests in order to promote and highlight causes within our leather community.
Jeffrey and his husband David Roy live together in Dallas, Texas with their boy, adam. In addition, Jeffrey is a member of the Leather Knights, Dallas Area Male Naturalists, NLA-I, NCSF, Couples Metro Dallas, and is a Voting member of the Leather Archives and Museum.
